  • Sign up & log in at GetButton Admin.
  • Go to your Dashboard and click "Create Chatbot".
  • Choose a data source: Add your website URL or upload files. The bot will use this content to answer questions.
  • Train the bot: Click "Create Chatbot" and wait a few moments.
  • Test it: Use the preview to see how it responds.
  • Install it on your site: Copy the installation code and paste it into your website's HTML.

To customize the ChatGPT button using GetButton:

  • Log in to your GetButton Admin.
  • Click on the button linked to your chatbot to open customization options.
  • Style your button – choose its color, position, shape, and animation.

Yes — the AI chatbot automatically replies in the language your visitors use when they ask a question. No special setup is required.

If you want to guide the chatbot’s tone or behavior in a specific language, you can still customize it in the chatbot settings.

➡️ Using a right-to-left (RTL) language like Arabic or Hebrew? Enable the Mirror feature in the button settings to adjust alignment and layout.

With GetButton’s Lead Collection feature, your AI chatbot can automatically gather visitor details like name, email, phone number, or custom fields during a conversation.

When does lead collection trigger?

  • After a set number of messages (e.g., after 3 messages) or at the conversation start.
  • When the bot doesn't have an answer.
  • When a visitor requests contact info or human support.

How to enable it:

  • Ensure you're on the Starter Plan or higher.
  • Log in at https://admin.getbutton.io/chatbots
  • Edit your chatbot and enable lead collection options.
  • Customize the form fields and messages.
  • Specify the email to receive lead notifications.
  • Save your changes.

Leads are emailed to you and stored in your dashboard for easy follow-up.

With GetButton’s AI Search feature, your chatbot can pull real-time answers from your website.

Two modes available:
